BUSINESS AND DEADLINES

January 10, 2026: Deadline for clubs and the district board to submit amendments to the District Bylaws or request endorsement of amendments to the CKI Bylaws by the House of Delegates. Submission Form

January 18, 2026: Deadline for the district to distribute proposed amendments to the CKI Bylaws for a vote by the House of Delegates and amendments to District Bylaws to all clubs.

February 1, 2026: Deadline to submit a request for endorsement for international office by the House of Delegates. Candidacy Documents 

February 7, 2026: Club Officer Election Report Due 

February 7, 2026 @11:59 PM: Phase 1 awards are due

February 27, 2026 @ 11:00 PM: Phase 2 awards are due. 

February 27, 2026 @ 11pm: Any candidate seeking a position that requires participation in a Divisional Caucus Session must submit their candidacy packet, campaign literature, and a current, official or unofficial transcript. Candidacy Application
